David Fazakerley - Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of K-Cloud, David is a 1st class IT professional with over 15 years of Service Management, Operations and Project Management experience.
David's background is well founded in the most demanding service delivery environments; be it the upper quartile demands and pressures of the legal sector, or the 24 hour mission critical environments of media and newspapers.
A leader in the field of service delivery and service management, he is at home leading and managing teams of service professionals as well as delivering service improvement programmes that make a real difference in the workplace. David was recently instrumental in the programme that delivered ISO20000 accreditation for a major international law firm, the first professional services firm worldwide to achieve this standard.
His project achievements to date are diverse, including large scale Citrix deployments, International office setups and multi million pound revenue generating applications, systems and services. His most recent programmes include the delivery of mobility, unified communications and office based solutions across an international law firm with over 5000 employees.
David delivers. He is an excellent communicator and thrives on interactions with colleagues and customers alike. He is able to deliver by combining a collaborative and inclusive approach whilst maintaining clear direction and leadership of his teams.
Malcolm Simms - Chairman
Founder and Chairman of K-Cloud, Malcolm is a tenacious leader who led the groundbreaking IT outsourcing programme for Eversheds from inception through sustainment of the managed service.
Malcolm has been instrumental in supporting the growth of small, medium and large businesses, consistently delivering business advantage for employers and clients across a range of sectors. Malcolm's experience ranges from building IT infrastructure, services and applications to drive the growth of $1.5 billion Disney-ABC television group to growing a £3.2 million turnover software company specialising in financial applications for clients such as 3i and Group 4.
Determined and innovative, Malcolm knows how to apply business to technology, how to create a vision that challenges the status quo and guide everyone involved to deliver exceptional outcomes. Malcolm has proved himself able to deliver outstanding value from the local and global IT industry to best serve the organisations he represents, from accessing the supply chain, building teams of experts and delivering projects and programmes that deliver real ROI.
Malcolm holds a First Class Honours BSC in Computer Science and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Professor Peter Giblin - President 
Peter Giblin has practiced corporate and tax law in both the United States and France. He has 30 years experience as a successful executive search consultant in Britain, Europe and the United States. In addition to his considerable experience in the legal and human resource sectors, he was Managing Director and world-wide head of finance and administration of a major British Merchant bank.
Since 2000 he has invested in, joined the board of and/or advised several former client companies, and institutions in various jurisdictions. This includes acting for a period of time as President – Europe of Integrity Interactive, the world’s leading supplier of ethics and compliance web-based training services.
Peter is a Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School in London, and a founding member of its Centre for Research in Corporate Governance. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University in Cairo where he chairs the Audit Committee; a member of Court and of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the University of Essex; and a founding member of the Dubrovnik Leadership Forum. He is a graduate of Yale University, and the Columbia School of Law, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Venezuela, and a Hague Fellow in the Netherlands.
He is a member of the British Psychological Society where he is Level A/Level B qualified in occupational testing. He has been a corporate governance commentator on BBC World, and a lecturer on international business transactions at the Practicing Law Institute in New York.
Bill Mayon-White - Consultant
His broad experience of the corporate and government world, and his mentoring experience, linked to his academic and scientific background now supports his portfolio of work on strategy and change both for individuals and organisations.
Bill's professional interests focus on both the strategic and operational aspects of the management of change and the impact of technology on organisations. Bill is able to identify where and how technologies may be employed to greatest effect without exposing the client to excessive or unmanageable risks. In recent years this has included work in the re-design of business processes through the use of integrated web based applications, electronic document management systems, work-flow, and Internet technologies. He maintains a special interest in information and knowledge management, in information valuation and in security matters. This portfolio involves links with a number of organisations in the private sector, with special emphasis on media and financial services, and liaison with several UK central government departments.
He has a background in systems and cybernetics, and special interests in change, strategy and decision processes. He has extensive experience of working at a senior level advising management teams, and supporting individual directors in leading international companies and UK Government Departments. He has considerable operational and strategic management experience in assisting clients to move from ideas and plans to clear decisions and the delivery of change.
